Wine Menu

    • Big Daddy Red

      Dark purple in color with a nose of blackberry jam melded with creamy vanilla aromas and a touch of tobacco. Rich on the palate, it has smooth tannins intertwined with ripe plum and berry flavors - similar to an off-dry Merlot. The finish is long and fruit-forward, with the perfect amount of toasted oak.

      Deep crimson, with dark cherry aroma, red fruits and berry notes running to a smoky, spicy finish with notes of dark chocolate and tobacco. With medium body and moderate tannins, Carmenere drinks well young and improves with age.

      Cabernet Franc-A thin line between spice & fruit. Raspberry, currant, black pepper & fresh mint. Firm body and solid tannin.
      Dry, Medium Body, Medium Oak. Yakima Valley, Washington

      Chilean Malbec. A robust and fruity red wine with good structure. Medium body with lush red and black berries and a touch of spice. Dry, medium bodied, Medium Oaked. We love to use Trek for mulled wine! Ask us for the recipe.

      Italian Pinot Grigio. A dry white wine that captures flavors of tropical fruit, peach and just a hint of spice. Named for our building on 712 N. Broadway

      Sauvignon Blanc. Herbaceous and a hint of grapefruit notes accent this wonderful white wine.

    • Belle of the Ball

      Extraordinarily rich, buttery aromas and flavors accompanied by full oak character.

    • Juliet

      Classic Chardonnay. This classic wine has notes of pears and crisp apples with a background of subtle oak.

    • Ghost

      Blanca Noir.  Rich, baked apple and pear..zesty notes of honey orange and ginger. Light saffron yellow in color. Low tannins, medium acidity, unoaked.

      A fabulous white wine with incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya.
